More about this plant
Tater Tot is a dwarf arborvitae that naturally grows as a tidy little globe of fragrant, fan like evergreen foliage, reaching only 2 to 3 feet tall and 3 to 4 feet wide. It is easy care, needs little to no pruning and is quite tolerant of shade, so it suits containers, low borders, mass plantings and foundation beds. Give it part sun to sun and average water in clay or loam soil with good drainage. The species behind it is native to eastern North America and puts up with alkaline soil, pollution and wet sites.
