More about this plant

A fast growing Korean boxwood putting on four to six inches a year and usually maintained at about 4 feet tall as a hedge. Clemson notes it is less prone to turn bronze in winter than most boxwoods and is highly resistant to boxwood blight, which makes it one of the more dependable choices for a clipped evergreen line. Like other boxwoods it grows in full sun or partial shade in clay, loam or sand with good drainage, tolerates acid through alkaline soil, carries small non showy creamy flowers in spring that attract bees, and resists deer and rabbits.
