More about this plant
ColorMax Mix blends ColorMax violas, among the most vigorous, fast-growing and heat-tolerant violas, with flowers that look more like pansies; bloom size shrinks in the hottest weather and returns as fall cools. ColorMax violas are larger than standard violas, more like small pansies, and very free flowering, with excellent cold and heat tolerance, for pots, packs, baskets, beds and mixed containers. Horned violets grow best in humus-rich, moist, well-drained soil in full sun to part shade. They bloom through cool weather and slow down in summer heat; deadheading encourages new buds.
- Full Sun
- Grows to 0.7 ft tall and 1 ft wide
- Blooms in spring, summer, fall
